When will my shipment arrive?
You can track your shipment here. Use your tracking number, which begins with AVAEX.
How do I book in a collection? Do I need to sign up?
For one off and casual shipments, you can book online via our Express Book and Pay option. For more frequent shipping, sign up for an account or contact us.
What is a fuel levy?
A fuel levy or surcharge is a charged applied by Avail Express which reflects changes in fuel related costs.
How do I change or cancel a booking request?
Please contact [email protected] for any changes or cancellations or alternatively fill out our contact form.
Do I need an account to send a package?
An account is not necessary as you are able to access our network through our Express Book and Pay.
Can I ship from multiple locations?
Alternative addresses may be used as pick up locations.
What happens if I’m not home to receive my shipment?
Generally, drivers will leave the shipment at the receiver address given it is safe to do so and “Authority to Leave” or “ATL” has been granted by the sender. To make changes to any shipment contact us on [email protected].
